Well, i like the 2nd choice, man the server was great!
Other servers sucks cuz of the rollbacks or stuff like that..

I think he has to 2 options:

Finish the server.

Install it all again (Dunno if he could use the saved accounts in the previously damaged database; this means this one;)

guess the server has a problem... again! and carlos trryed to fix it and couldn't..
i don't know the details about the problem, but i think its the same we had a fw days ago...
