Server Offline? Empty Server Offline?

Hai Guys!

I was playin about 3-5 Hrs ago, and now that im tryin get online but unfortunatly i am unable to connect. Is it my server files or is the server off?

so it was online. damn this server need repair i think and maybe it will on later or never.
